Bu co\u011frafya ak\u0131l ister, haf\u0131za ister, denge ister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn \u0130ran meselesi etraf\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de olu\u015fan tablo tam da budur: Ak\u0131l ile alg\u0131 birbirine kar\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1979\u2019dan bu yana \u0130ran, klasik bir devlet gibi davranmad\u0131. S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 korumakla yetinen bir yap\u0131 olmad\u0131. Kendi ideolojisini, kendi yorumunu, kendi sistemini b\u00f6lgeye ta\u015f\u0131ma gayreti i\u00e7inde oldu. Irak\u2019ta Ha\u015fdi \u015eabi yap\u0131lanmas\u0131, Suriye\u2019de rejim yan\u0131nda sahaya inen milis g\u00fc\u00e7ler, L\u00fcbnan\u2019da Hizbullah \u00fczerinden kurulan denge ve Yemen\u2019de Husiler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen vekalet sava\u015f\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri anl\u0131k refleksler de\u011fil; uzun vadeli bir stratejinin par\u00e7alar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ama \u015fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi de g\u00f6rmek gerekir: Ortado\u011fu\u2019da hi\u00e7bir akt\u00f6r tek ba\u015f\u0131na oyun kurucu de\u011fildir. ABD sahada, \u0130srail sahada, Rusya sahada. Herkes kendi hesab\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131yor. 2003 Irak i\u015fgali, Suriye i\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 bir vekalet sava\u015f\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi ve bug\u00fcn Gazze merkezli kriz. T\u00fcm bunlar, b\u00f6lgenin tek bir akt\u00f6r \u00fczerinden okunamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu y\u00fczden meseleyi sadece \u201c\u0130ran yapt\u0131\u201d diye okumak, eksik bir okumad\u0131r. Ama \u201c\u0130ran masumdur\u201d demek de ba\u015fka bir k\u00f6rl\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de as\u0131l sorun burada ba\u015fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir kesim \u0130ran\u2019\u0131 mutlak tehdit olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Di\u011fer kesim ise onu adeta bir \u201cdireni\u015f sembol\u00fc\u201d haline getiriyor. Oysa devlet akl\u0131 b\u00f6yle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaz. Devlet akl\u0131 duygularla de\u011fil, \u00e7\u0131karla hareket eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00fcrkiye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u0130ran ne dosttur ne d\u00fc\u015fman. T\u00fcrkiye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u0130ran bir ger\u00e7ektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tarih boyunca da b\u00f6yle olmu\u015ftur. Osmanl\u0131 ile Safevi rekabetini hat\u0131rlay\u0131n. Ayn\u0131 co\u011frafyada hem m\u00fccadele edilmi\u015f hem de denge kurulmu\u015ftur. D\u00fcn olanlar siliniyor, bug\u00fcn yeniden yaz\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir haf\u0131za de\u011fil; se\u00e7ici bir haf\u0131zad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se\u00e7ici haf\u0131za ise milletleri yan\u0131lt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130ran\u2019\u0131n etkisi sadece sahada de\u011fil, zihinlerde de kuruluyor. Bu bazen ideolojik, bazen akademik, bazen de dini bir dil \u00fczerinden yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Burada mesele isimler de\u011fil; mesele zihniyetin nas\u0131l ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yanl\u0131\u015f olan \u015fudur: Ya toptan reddetmek ya da toptan kabullenmek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do\u011fru olan ise \u015fudur: Tartmak, \u00f6l\u00e7mek, ay\u0131klamak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ihtiyac\u0131 olan \u015fey de tam olarak budur. Tepki veren bir \u00fclke de\u011fil, y\u00f6n veren bir \u00fclke olmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bunun yolu da \u00e7ok nettir: Mezhep \u00fczerinden de\u011fil, devlet \u00fczerinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek. Duygularla de\u011fil, ak\u0131lla hareket etmek. G\u00fcn\u00fc kurtaran de\u011fil, gelece\u011fi kuran bir perspektife sahip olmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu co\u011frafyada g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olanlar ba\u011f\u0131ranlar de\u011fil; sabredenlerdir. Kazananlar \u00f6fkesine yenilenler de\u011fil; \u00f6fkesini y\u00f6netenlerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alg\u0131yla hareket eden milletler, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n stratejisinde sadece fig\u00fcran olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki devletler dostlukla de\u011fil \u00e7\u0131karla ya\u015far.
