Takvim bize bu m\u00fcbarek zaman\u0131n art\u0131k son haftas\u0131na girdi\u011fimizi s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Fakat mesele yaln\u0131zca takvim de\u011fildir; mesele zaman\u0131n ruhudur. Bu y\u0131l Ramazan\u2019\u0131n manevi atmosferini Avrupa k\u0131tas\u0131nda \u00f6nceki y\u0131llara k\u0131yasla daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde hissetti\u011fimi ifade etmek isterim. Belki de bunun nedeni d\u00fcnyan\u0131n i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7ti\u011fi a\u011f\u0131r krizler \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n insan ruhunda a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 derin bo\u015fluklard\u0131r. K\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte artan sava\u015flar, ekonomik k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131klar, kimlik tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve toplumsal belirsizlikler, insan\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak manevi bir s\u0131\u011f\u0131na\u011fa y\u00f6neltmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ramazan tam da bu nedenle yaln\u0131zca bir ibadet zaman\u0131 de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda insan\u0131n kendisiyle, vicdan\u0131yla ve toplumla yeniden y\u00fczle\u015fti\u011fi bir muhasebe mevsimidir. Ancak bu y\u0131l\u0131n Ramazan\u2019\u0131nda dikkat \u00e7eken ba\u015fka bir ger\u00e7eklik de vard\u0131r. Manevi derinli\u011fin y\u00fckseldi\u011fi bir zaman diliminde, baz\u0131 sivil toplum \u00e7evrelerinin kendi i\u00e7lerinde ve birbirleri aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n seviyesi maalesef bir f\u0131nd\u0131k kabu\u011funu dahi doldurmayacak nitelikte kald\u0131. \u0130mal\u0131 mesajla\u015fmalar, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hesaplar, ki\u015fisel rekabetler ve kurumsal egolar; Ramazan\u2019\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 ahlaki derinlikle taban tabana z\u0131t bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu tablo yaln\u0131zca bir ileti\u015fim sorunu de\u011fildir. Samimiyetin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerde ise yaln\u0131zca rit\u00fcelin kabu\u011fu kal\u0131r. Ramazan\u2019\u0131n bize \u00f6\u011fretti\u011fi en temel \u015fey, insan\u0131n \u00f6nce kendi nefsini sorgulamas\u0131d\u0131r. Ne var ki baz\u0131 sivil toplum yap\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in Ramazan, ne yaz\u0131k ki bir manevi ar\u0131nma f\u0131rsat\u0131ndan \u00e7ok kurumsal vitrin d\u00fczenlemesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 bir ba\u015fka ger\u00e7e\u011fi de yeniden g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermi\u015ftir: Toplumu temsil iddias\u0131nda bulunan kimi te\u015fkilatlar\u0131n y\u00f6netim kadrolar\u0131nda liyakat ve ehliyet sorunu art\u0131k g\u00f6rmezden gelinemeyecek kadar belirgin hale gelmi\u015ftir. Kurumsal sorumluluk ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 gereken pozisyonlar\u0131n, vizyon ve kapasite bak\u0131m\u0131ndan yetersiz ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan doldurulmas\u0131 yaln\u0131zca bir y\u00f6netim meselesi de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal sermayenin israf\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toplumlar\u0131n gelece\u011fini kurumlar belirler. Kurumlar\u0131n kaderini ise kadrolar. E\u011fer kadrolar zaman\u0131n ruhunu okuyam\u0131yorsa, toplumsal beklentiyi anlayam\u0131yorsa ve kurumsal sorumlulu\u011fu ki\u015fisel g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yorsa, o kurumlar\u0131n tarihsel \u00f6mr\u00fc zaten s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fcnyas\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Toplumlar d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Yeni ku\u015faklar farkl\u0131 sorular soruyor. Bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi kavrayamayan yap\u0131lar i\u00e7in tarihin h\u00fckm\u00fc her zaman ayn\u0131 olmu\u015ftur: Zaman\u0131n gerisinde kalanlar, zaman taraf\u0131ndan geride b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r.
