Baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise devlet akl\u0131n\u0131 kayda ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019da d\u00fczenlenen bir kongrede, davetli konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m konu\u015fma bug\u00fcn d\u00f6n\u00fcp bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ne duygusal bir hitap ne de d\u00f6nemsel bir de\u011ferlendirmedir. O konu\u015fma, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ter\u00f6r, kimlik, karde\u015flik ve b\u00f6lgesel sorumluluklar konusundaki stratejik duru\u015funu erken bir tarihte kayda ge\u00e7iren siyasal bir metindir. Bug\u00fcn 2026\u2019da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye y\u00f6neltilen \u201cter\u00f6rist devlet\u201d s\u00f6ylemi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bu metin, bir savunma de\u011fil; \u00f6nceden yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir cevap olarak yeniden okunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konu\u015fmama \u015fu temel devlet ger\u00e7e\u011fiyle ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m: \u201cMilletleri meydana getiren en temel unsurlardan birisi k\u00fclt\u00fcr denilen maddi ve manevi de\u011ferlerdir. Bu y\u00fczden k\u00fcrs\u00fcden \u015fu sorular\u0131 sordum: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de demokrasinin \u00fczerindeki tart\u0131\u015fmalar daha \u00f6nce sona erseydi bug\u00fcn nerelerde olurduk?\u201d, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye \u00e7etelerle sava\u015fmay\u0131 daha \u00f6nce yapsayd\u0131 nas\u0131l bir \u00fclkede ya\u015f\u0131yor olurduk?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sorular bir muhalefet dili de\u011fil; gecikmenin stratejik maliyetini ortaya koyan devlet sorular\u0131yd\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ter\u00f6r, yaln\u0131zca g\u00fcvenlik meselesi de\u011fildir; kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 durdurur, demokrasiyi sakatlar, toplumsal haf\u0131zay\u0131 zehirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunu da a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a kayda ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftim: \u201cE\u011fer T\u00fcrkiye enerjisini, b\u00fct\u00e7esini, huzurunu, gencecik fidan gibi delikanl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ter\u00f6re kurban etmeseydi bug\u00fcn nerede olurduk?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2026\u2019dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu soru, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye de\u011fil; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi y\u0131llarca oyalayan zihniyetlere y\u00f6neltilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karde\u015flik: Slogan De\u011fil, Tarihsel Hakikat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2012\u2019de etnik fay hatlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen siyasete kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fu kay\u0131t d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrk\u00fcyle, K\u00fcrd\u00fcyle, Laz\u0131yla, \u00c7erkeziyle birbirine d\u00fc\u015fman etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fcd\u00fcr?\u201d, \u201cHoron bizim, Zeybek bizim, Z\u0131lg\u0131t bizim.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sat\u0131rlar bug\u00fcn bir k\u00f6\u015fe yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin sosyolojik tapusunun par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ok kimlikli yap\u0131 bir zay\u0131fl\u0131k de\u011fil; do\u011fru y\u00f6netildi\u011finde stratejik derinliktir.
