Ya\u015fanan \u015fey, devletin kimin ad\u0131na, hangi refleksle ve neye dayanarak y\u00f6netilece\u011fine dair k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir k\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131r. Bu k\u0131r\u0131lmay\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden gelenler h\u00e2l\u00e2 eski ezberlerle konu\u015fuyor; g\u00f6renler ise meseleyi sloganlara indirgemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Oysa hakikat ikisinden de daha serttir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti, uzun bir aradan sonra irade sahibidir. Karar alabilen, direnebilen ve d\u0131\u015f bask\u0131lara ra\u011fmen yol y\u00fcr\u00fcyebilen bir devlet refleksi belirginle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Vesayet mekanizmalar\u0131 geriletilmi\u015f, asker\u00ee-b\u00fcrokratik oligar\u015finin siyaset \u00fczerindeki tahakk\u00fcm\u00fc k\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, halk\u0131n iradesi ilk kez bu \u00f6l\u00e7ekte belirleyici h\u00e2le gelmi\u015ftir. As\u0131l etki, y\u0131llard\u0131r \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d, \u201cka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz\u201d ve \u201cdokunulmaz\u201d kabul edilen yap\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr h\u00e2le gelmesidir. Ancak vesayetin \u00e7ekildi\u011fi her alan\u0131n kendili\u011finden sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir d\u00fczene kavu\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yan\u0131lg\u0131d\u0131r. As\u0131l k\u0131r\u0131lma, kurumlar\u0131n ciddiyetini kaybetti\u011fi, hiyerar\u015finin tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bireyin g\u00f6revden \u00e7ok hak talep etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Cumhuriyet tarihi de bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi defalarca teyit etmi\u015ftir. Kurum varsa ama ahlak yoksa, d\u00fczen uzun s\u00fcre ayakta kalmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada s\u0131k\u00e7a k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenen bir kavrama yeniden bakmak gerekir: gelenek. Gelenek ge\u00e7mi\u015fe \u00f6vg\u00fc de\u011fildir. Gelenek, devlet akl\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011fidir. Aileyi ayakta tutan, mesle\u011fi itibarl\u0131 k\u0131lan, kurumu ciddiyetle i\u015fleten ve hiyerar\u015fiyi me\u015fru h\u00e2le getiren \u015fey gelenektir. Modernlik ad\u0131na bu yap\u0131lar\u0131n tasfiye edilmesi ilerleme de\u011fil, savrulmad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de irade vard\u0131r.
