Yahudilerin Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerinden y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca defalarca s\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, bu aynada en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 yans\u0131may\u0131 olu\u015fturur. 1290\u2019da \u0130ngiltere, 1348\u2019de Almanya, 1492\u2019de \u0130spanya, 1497\u2019de Portekiz\u2026 Y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndan kovulan Yahudiler i\u00e7in s\u0131\u011f\u0131nak kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7an tek b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7, Osmanl\u0131 Devleti olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>II. Bayezid\u2019in, \u0130spanya Engizisyonu\u2019ndan ka\u00e7an Yahudileri \u0130stanbul\u2019a, \u0130zmir\u2019e, Selanik\u2019e kabul edi\u015fi yaln\u0131zca bir siyasi hamle de\u011fil, tarihe ge\u00e7en bir insanl\u0131k manifestosudur. Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n d\u0131\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir halk, Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131nda bilim, ticaret, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanatla yeniden k\u00f6k salm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kucaklay\u0131\u015f, sadece ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011fil; devlet akl\u0131n\u0131n, toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve medeniyet iddias\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn ise tarih, yeni bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131na tan\u0131kl\u0131k etmektedir. \u015eam el-\u015eeyh\u2019te var\u0131lan anla\u015fma ile Gazze\u2019de bir ate\u015fkese ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131, yaln\u0131zca \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ge\u00e7ici olarak durmas\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortak vicdan\u0131n\u0131n yeniden harekete ge\u00e7me potansiyelini g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu anla\u015fma, diplomatik kanallar\u0131n uzun s\u00fcre t\u0131kanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, hem b\u00f6lgesel akt\u00f6rlerin hem de uluslararas\u0131 toplumun masada kalma iradesini yans\u0131tmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan tarihsel bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak bu ate\u015fkes, ya\u015fananlar\u0131n \u00fczerini \u00f6rten bir perde de\u011fil; tarihi y\u00fczle\u015fmenin ve adalet aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tarihsel haf\u0131zan\u0131n bu sahnesinde roller dramatik bi\u00e7imde tersine d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. D\u00fcn Avrupa \u015fehirlerinden s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edilen bir halk\u0131n torunlar\u0131, bug\u00fcn Filistin topraklar\u0131nda Gazze halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 sistematik bir yok etme politikas\u0131n\u0131n failleri konumundad\u0131r. \u0130srail\u2019in, uluslararas\u0131 hukuku hi\u00e7e sayan askeri operasyonlar\u0131, sivillerin hedef al\u0131nmas\u0131, altyap\u0131n\u0131n ve ya\u015fama alanlar\u0131n\u0131n bilin\u00e7li \u015fekilde yok edilmesi; tarihin ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 unutmu\u015f bir devletin kendi ge\u00e7mi\u015fine s\u0131rt \u00e7evirmesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha da \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 olan, tarihte Yahudileri kovmu\u015f olan Avrupa devletlerinin bug\u00fcn \u0130srail\u2019e ko\u015fulsuz destek vermesidir. D\u00fcn dini ve etnik gerek\u00e7elerle Yahudileri kap\u0131lar\u0131ndan kovan \u00fclkeler, bug\u00fcn ayn\u0131 devletin Filistinlilere uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ku\u015fatmay\u0131 \u201cme\u015fru m\u00fcdafaa\u201d olarak sunabilmektedir. Bu durum, Bat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tarihsel g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n\u0131n kefaretini mazlum bir halk\u0131n \u00fczerine y\u00fckledi\u011finin en a\u00e7\u0131k kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin rol\u00fc, hem tarih\u00ee hem \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f ba\u011flamda \u00f6zel bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n as\u0131rlar \u00f6nce zul\u00fcmden ka\u00e7anlara a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 kap\u0131, bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin diplomatik ve insani sahada att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131mlarda yeniden v\u00fccut bulmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, \u015eam el-\u015eeyh Anla\u015fmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecine giden yolda ate\u015fkesin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in hem sahada hem masada aktif bir diplomatik \u00e7aba y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BM, \u0130\u0130T ve di\u011fer uluslararas\u0131 platformlarda adil ve kal\u0131c\u0131 bir bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in tek tarafl\u0131 s\u00f6ylemlere kar\u015f\u0131 ilkeli bir tutum sergilemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gazze\u2019ye insani yard\u0131m koridorlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131nda, m\u00fczakerelerin ivme kazanmas\u0131nda arabulucu ve dengeleyici bir rol \u00fcstlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcresel kamuoyunun suskunlu\u011funa kar\u015f\u0131, vicdan\u0131n ve adaletin sesi olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eam el-\u015eeyh Anla\u015fmas\u0131, Gazze\u2019deki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n durmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir e\u015fik olmakla birlikte, kal\u0131c\u0131 bar\u0131\u015fa giden yolun sadece ilk ad\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Bu anla\u015fma, adaletin tesis edilmedi\u011fi, tarihsel haf\u0131zan\u0131n do\u011fru okunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zeminde kal\u0131c\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 garanti etmez.
